No all provinces are equal. You should try to find a province with easier PR especially if you are not in your early 20 and have a family to be responsible for. Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) - Graduate Pathway
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers a dedicated sub-category for students who have graduated from recognized post-secondary institutions in Canada. This pathway is designed for graduates who wish to settle permanently in Saskatchewan and meet the program’s criteria.
Who Can Apply? This sub-category is open to:
Graduates of Saskatchewan institutions: Students who have earned a certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Saskatchewan.
Graduates of other Canadian institutions: Students who have completed a program of at least one academic year (8 months) at an institution outside Saskatchewan.
Eligibility Requirements: Graduates must:
Work Experience: Have at least six months (780 hours) of paid work experience in Saskatchewan, which may include on-campus, off-campus, co-op terms, or post-graduation work permits.
Job Offer: Hold a permanent, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer in their field of study, within specific NOC TEER levels or designated trades.
Work Permits: Possess a valid post-graduation work permit or an Open Work Permit under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET).
Language Proficiency: Have a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of 4, if applying for jobs in certain designated trades.
Important Notes:
All job offers must come with a valid SINP Job Approval Letter.
The federal government limits the number of SINP nominations each year, and meeting the eligibility does not guarantee acceptance.
This pathway offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to establish their future in Saskatchewan, building a career in a province that values their contributions and skills.
